Find a card as an instructor
- Sign in to AHA eCards with your instructor account.
- Open Manage eCards and select Search eCards.
- Use the filters available to your role, such as course, student, status, or eCard code. Begin with a known code or the course date range when available.
- Run the search and check the course date, student information, eCard code, and status.
If the search returns too many results or an error, narrow the date range or add a course filter. If it returns nothing, check spelling and the email used at class, then remove unnecessary filters. Contact LMT if a card is outside your account’s access.
Help with a missing email
Check the record’s status before issuing anything else. For an unclaimed card, use the resend action if your account offers one, after confirming the email address. Ask the student to check junk or spam for [email protected].
If the card is already claimed, direct the student to AHA’s student lookup to retrieve it. Use Editing eCards for incorrect information.
Student lookup and employer verification
Students can use the Student tab at AHA eCard search with their eCard code, or their name and the email used for issuance. Employers use the Employer tab and the eCard code to verify a claimed card. Share the student claiming guide if the card is still unclaimed.
