Training program management software

Last Minute Training is developing Cadrova to manage instructor records, renewals, training activity, eCard orders, and billing for Training Sites and Training Centers.

Currently in development. The app is being developed for instructors, Training Sites, and Training Centers that administer American Heart Association courses.

Why we are developing Cadrova

Training administration often means moving information between spreadsheets, emails, signed documents, invoices, and course records. As a Training Site, we know how much time that coordination takes.

Cadrova builds on our existing electronic paperwork, eCard ordering, roster reporting, and instructor renewal processes. We are developing tools to track outstanding tasks and reduce repeated data entry.

What we are developing

• Instructor records: Keep instructor details, disciplines, alignment information, and expiration dates organized.
• Renewal workflows: Track outreach, required documents, payment, outstanding requirements, and completion history.
• Course and roster records: Organize training activity by course date, instructor, course type, and student count.
• eCard order management: Track orders, inventory records, and fulfillment separately from roster reporting.
• Billing workflows: Support individual instructor invoices and consolidated billing for invoice locations.
• Program oversight: Bring upcoming expirations, training activity, and items needing attention into view.

Training Centers, Training Sites, and instructors

Cadrova is being developed around the relationship between Training Centers, Training Sites, and instructors. Each level needs access to the records and actions relevant to its responsibilities.

Our design priorities include organization-specific access, clear administrative roles, and an instructor experience that makes it easier to review records, report courses, and order eCards.

Cadrova is an independent Last Minute Training software project. It is not an American Heart Association product and does not replace ATLAS or required AHA and Training Center procedures.

Cadrova and RosterDock

RosterDock helps instructors and organizations manage class registration, attendance, and student rosters. Cadrova focuses on the broader program administration around those classes: instructors, renewals, eCard orders, billing, and training records.

Both projects are developed by Last Minute Training.
