Claiming eCards (for Students)

Finish by claiming your card

Your instructor or Training Center must issue your card first. Claim it yourself so you can access your proof of course completion.

Open AHA student eCard search · Read AHA’s official claiming guide (PDF)

Claim from the AHA email

  1. Find the message from [email protected], including in junk or spam, and open its claim link.
  2. Check your name, email, course, and instructor details. Contact your instructor or Training Center if anything is incorrect.
  3. Create your security question and answer, accept the terms, and continue through the course survey.
  4. Open the claimed card and save your confirmation email.

Find your card without the email

Open AHA eCard search and use the Student tab. Search with your eCard code, or your first name, last name, and the email used for the card. Select your unclaimed card and follow the claim prompts.

Cannot find it? Ask your instructor to confirm issuance and the information entered. For an LMT course, contact Last Minute Training.

Save, print, or share

Return to the student search whenever you need your card. Answer your security question, select a full or wallet size copy, and save or print it. Use Email Cards to send a copy. Your employer can verify the claimed card using its eCard code on the Employer tab.

For a correction, see Editing eCards. Keep your downloaded copy and confirmation email for future use.
