These terms apply to the Last Minute Training website and optional LMT text messaging program. Last Minute Training is operated by Steven Featherston, doing business as Last Minute Training.
Website and training information
This website provides information about our CPR, AED, first aid, and instructor training services. Course dates, availability, pricing, prerequisites, and completion requirements are provided with the applicable course or booking. Contact us if you need clarification before registering. Using this website does not enroll you in a course or guarantee certification.
LMT Text Messaging
When you give permission, Last Minute Training may send texts about your registration, class reminders, schedule changes, certification renewal reminders, and responses to your questions. Where supported, you may send certificate photos for assistance with your training records. Text messaging availability depends on service activation and carrier support.
SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing training. Providing a phone number or using this website alone does not enroll you in recurring text messages. We obtain your permission separately before enrolling you. These terms do not themselves collect consent.
Message frequency varies based on your registrations and interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
Verbal SMS consent process
Before enrolling someone in class-related text messages, LMT staff ask permission by phone or in person using the following script. Staff read the linked policies if requested and obtain a clear affirmative answer before enrollment. Silence, providing a number, or purchasing training does not count as agreement.

Staff document the recipient’s name, mobile number, date and time, whether permission was given by phone or in person, the staff member obtaining permission, and the script used. If permission is declined, the person is not enrolled. Consent records are kept with the communication records; this webpage itself does not enroll anyone. This verbal consent covers class-related informational messages, not advertising or promotions.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to opt out of LMT text messages. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out; no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging is not an emergency service. Call 911 for an emergency.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and SMS consent. Please send only information relevant to your training request and avoid sending sensitive medical, financial, or identity documents.
